Day 31 of the 31 Day Community Bootcamp

We did it!

     Take the Connection Assessment again.

This is it! The final day of the 31 Day Community Bootcamp! If you need the PDF to take the test, it’s free! Just swing over to jasonhundley.com and find the link to download the test on the home page.

I can certainly say that for me and my family, we have seen progress. We have had some surprises along the way, like a friend moving from tier 3 to tier 1 of my friend group in just one month. There is also a family that we tried to have come to our house for a meal FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH! Finally, just a few days ago, we were able to coordinate our schedules and make it happen.

Another thing that I have noticed is how much practice it takes to become a good listener. That Chinese letter on my mug in my office is a constant reminder to me to listen well. It is still the place where I think I need the most growth, but I can see progress in myself which is incredibly encouraging.

My kids also love to pick their Fruit of the Spirit every morning at breakfast… I think they like calling each other out when they aren’t being the fruit they picked more… but hey, that feels like progress too!

I want to hear from you. What did you find to be the most beneficial part of the Bootcamp? Where do you feel that you need to grow in church community? Most importantly, I want to know what challenges you face when approaching community growth in your local church.

The whole purpose of this Bootcamp is to help. If there is any way that I can provide tools or resources for you to succeed in building Community Culture in your church, I want to do that.

I have found through many conversations that people are frustrated with the shallow depth of community in their church. However, they don’t have the right words to voice their frustrations. I have found that Christians are frustrated with ‘Christian Culture,’ but they don’t know why. They don’t understand that a weak culture is a byproduct of a weak community.

I have spent the last 2 years of my life writing a book on this very problem. I am currently pitching the book to publishers in the hopes that it will encourage believers to be the answer to Jesus’ prayer in John 17. That we would be united with Christ, each other, and that our community would itself be an evangelistic tool to advance the Kingdom of God.

I believe this message resonates with you, as you have already joined my email list in order to access this Bootcamp. I will continue sending you emails occasionally that will help you build your community, and I will let you know when the book becomes available. I would also appreciate it if you would take the time to subscribe to my youtube channel, as I will be posting content on that platform with the most regularity.      Finally, I am curious how your connection assessment turned out, so email me at jason@jasonhundley.com with any stories or results that you discovered as a result of being a part of the Bootcamp or taking the Connection Assessment!

Thank you so much for being a part of the Bootcamp and I pray that God will bless your efforts to build Community Culture in your church!

In Christ,

Jason
